Ingredients:
The token of your past life can be anything you associate with it — an object associated with it, an image, your previous name written on a piece of paper, etc. Place the token in the jar before adding the olives, lemon peel, celery, and cinnamon. Then seal!
Keep the jar near the head of your bed to encourage the recovery of memories through dreams or meditation, and to help bring yourself peace with your identity. If you need to keep your use of witchcraft under wraps from people living with you I recommend placing the jar under your bed, out of sights!

could i ask what a jar spell is and/or how to use one? sorry!
Sure! A jar spell is sort of a method of “structuring” a spell in witchcraft. The term is used to describe spells in which the spell is encased in a jar, bottle, or similar method of storing. There are many ways of activating jar spells; many jar spells will say to bury them in the ground (I personally don’t like to do this for a few reasons, so my jar spells will not require burying), some will be kept in a specific area or on your person. For example, you might keep a house-protection jar spell by your front door. And there are even more ways, of course! Here are a few examples of jar spells to give you a sense: x x x
